As the forest transitions into summer, the first wave of wild mushrooms begins to make an appearance—but timing, weather, and location always play a role in what we find. Join Gentleman Forager for a guided mushroom foray in one of the most beautiful spots in Minnesota—Lutsen, on the North Shore of Lake Superior. This area is a forager’s dream in ealy and mid summer, offering a wide range of wild mushrooms set against a backdrop of towering pines, rugged terrain, and lake views that stop you in your tracks.
Our forays are a mix of education, exploration, and discovery. Whether you're brand new to mushrooms or a seasoned forager, you’ll learn to identify edible species, understand their habitats, and walk away more confident in your ability to find and enjoy wild fungi safely.
