As fall nears its end, some of the most flavorful mushrooms make their last appearance before winter. Join Mike Kempenich, aka The Gentleman Forager, for a deep dive into late-season foraging, where we’ll search for Hen of the Woods (Maitake), Cloud mushrooms, and the striking Pink Cherub mushrooms before the season closes.
