
Forays, Classes, and Special Events Policy
We love our forays, classes, and special events, and we’re sure you will too! However, because they’re unique, one-of-a-kind experiences (and space is limited!), we can’t offer refunds unless Gentleman Forager has to cancel the event—typically due to weather safety concerns. Although nearly all of our events are "rain or shine", we promise not to send you out in a lightening storm or tornado!
If life throws a curveball and you can’t make it, don’t worry! You can swap your ticket for another event within the same calendar year, as long as there’s space. Or, if you’ve found someone else who’s ready to embrace the wild with us, feel free to transfer your ticket to them by sending us an email at info@gentlemanforager.com.
Just a heads-up: any changes must be made within 7 days of the event. We highly recommend reading this policy carefully before purchasing your ticket—after all, we’d hate for you to miss out, but we also want to make sure you’re on the same page!
Beverage Return and Refund Policy
We’re all about good vibes and great beverages at Gentleman Forager, but if your Headwater arrived in less-than-perfect condition, don’t worry, we’ve got your back! If your beverage is damaged, just shoot us an email at info@gentlemanforager.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll happily help with returning it and getting your refund sorted.
As much as we love to please, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or any mix-up with your order (we’re all human, right?). So please double-check your cart before hitting “purchase”!
